The State of Vermont is a producer of natural, handcrafted, cheese. Here we manufacture what is perhaps the finest natural foot cheese in the world. Foot Cheese is a small wheel of cow's milk cheese made from the mature whey from milk that is lactose-intolerant. Cows are all female and normally produce only one yearling calf a year.
